Our salesman, Tim Chappell was extremely informative and knowledgeable about trailers and helped us find one that fit our needs and budget. 6/10/2008 - My husband John and I would like to say thank you to Dave Bormida at Midway Trailer Sales in Litchfield, IL for helping us with the selection of our new 2008 Bison LQ Trailer. It is beautiful and just what we were looking for in a living quarters horse trailer. You were very professional and courteous with the many conversations that took place over the months to build the trailer of our dreams. We would also like to send a special thank you to Debbie with all the follow up conversations and pictures to help make our purchase go smoothly.
To Trey Park, the service representative at Midway Trailer Sales in Calvert City, KY because he was able to prep the trailer and see that we were informed of the operation and able to trouble shoot any of the problem areas with the trailer. We did have to take it back for one dining area window leak, with no questions asked a replacement window was obtained and replaced in a timely fashion. Trey is a valuable asset to Midway Trailer Sales and and we commend him for his knowledge and professionalism. 6/3/2008 - I picked my trailer up today from Midway Trailer Sales and I talked to Jimbob about Team Penning. Midway installed an awning and more hooks for my dressing room and a butt bar for my big horse so he won't pop out the window. I sure enjoyed my visit with Jim, he is great to work with. Anyone looking for a trailer should definitely call him. My awning and hooks are GREAT!....

My wife and I bought a Bison Trailer from your Calvert City Dealership on May 3, 2008. My wife found this trailer over the internet and decided to buy it sight unseen.It is my desire to tell you that your staff was a pleasure to deal with, they were very knowledgeable on their product and did an excellent walk through of the trailer.
Mrs. Ann Lovelace was the sales person and was one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. Mr.Trey Park was the serviceman who did the walk through with us and was very informative and detailed. I even commented that I could tell he had done this before.
My wife called Mr. Park with a problem with the microwave in the trailer and he was very cooperative and is handling the trouble. I called him with several questions which he answered with no problem. I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased we are with your service.

Yes, I am blessed to board my horse Kipper at a barn where we have an extended family atmosphere! About 20 to 30 of us camp together and share meals on the major holidays, usually at Brown Country! We already have reservations for Memorial Day!
So many people have commented on how nice the Exiss is and what a great deal I got on it....many comments about how clean it was and what a nice job your company did in preparing it for pick up! With Midway stickers on it maybe you will get some business from Central Indiana. Everyone at my barn sure knows how great you folks were to work with!

11/19/2007 - Thanks to everyone at Midway Trailer Sales for the GREAT customer service, especially Danny Travis, Sales Manager at Calvert City, KY. My husband and I met Danny on 11/12/07 when we stopped in shopping for a 3H slant trailer. Danny spent a lot of time working with us to make sure we got the best deal possible and in answering tons of questions. (working through his lunch hour and such).We found a trailer that best fit our needs at the Litchfield location and Danny went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty to get the trailer delivered to Calvert City. A special THANKS also goes out to Debbie Schroedel at the Litchfield location for all the extra photos she provided and follow-up emails to the questions we had. It just doesn't get any better than working with these folks! In today's world, good customer service and making the customer feel special is so important and these folks are the BEST!! Thanks also to Trey and Gay at Calvert City for helping with the paperwork and getting us "on the road". KUDOS to all the Midway team at Calvert City and Litchfield. 9/27/2007 - I first encountered this salesman at a Horse Fair, he was great! no pressure, listened to my needs and concerns and pointed out the great features of the trailer. That was in August of 2006. I came looking again this past month and we discussed the sale of my trailer. I told him I didn't know why I was having trouble pulling the trigger on a purchase two days later. I had a phone call from someone who wanted a trailer just like mine; they had been to the Sundowner dealership and my salesman passed along the connection. They bought my trailer and then I bought the Sundowner. It was spotless and had after factory touches done beyond my best expectations. I love what they did with the shelves and such for me. Thank you Jim Temple.
This was an excellent buying experience and I would recommend them hands down. Midway Trailer Sales in Ottawa Illinois is a class act!

I know I had a million questions - Thanks for not laughing out loud at me! Also to the Service Manager (I can't remember his name) a big thanks for his patience. Carla is also very efficient. I will recommend your team without hesitation.
As you expected I made it home without any problems. Today I will transfer my "things" to the Kiefer and tomorrow off for the maiden voyage! It is just so much fun! I swear this is the best time of life!

8/16/2007 - My wife and I recently purchased a Kiefer Built Horse Trailer from Midway Trailer Sales in Calvert City, Kentucky. I wish to compliment Danny Travis of the sales staff for the job he did. We had shopped for a new trailer in Texas, Arkansas and Illinois. These people did not seem to care if they sold a trailer or not. Danny made several calls to see what trailer we were interested in and what he could do to assist us. Along with Danny was Gay who assisted us when Danny was not available and when we finalized our purchase, she was very helpful and accommodating. When we picked up the trailer we got acquainted with Trey who was very helpful in answering questions I had about the trailer. I don't know if you will remember me or not but I certainly remember you. I'm writing to let you know how much I appreciate your taking the time to trace and fix the short in my boat trailer wiring.
Your service was courteous, responsive and highly professional and because of it I was able to weather a real Nebraska thunderstorm (complete with hailstones) without any problems with the marker lights.
